On 22nd April 2020, The BHSF Medical Practice closed and will not be accepting any new appointments.

We will keep copies of your records in accordance with our privacy notice (see below). If you would like to receive copies of these records we would be delighted to help you. Simply call us on 0333 344 3800 or email dpo@bhsf.co.uk.

If you do have an appointment booked with us over the coming weeks or months, this will unfortunately be cancelled, and you will receive a text confirming this. If you do not receive a confirmation regarding your appointment, you can contact our administrative team on 0333 344 3800.
